Duck Offal with Onion

The duck gizzards you bought should be washed with salt and cornstarch, slice the duck gizzards, add a few pieces of ginger and blanch them for two minutes, pick them up and set aside.

Cut the onion into shreds, slice the ginger, cut the pepper into pieces. The pepper is sweet pepper, which is not spicy. The green onion is chopped and the garlic is chopped. Set aside.

Next, prepare the sauce: add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, cornstarch, and broth and mix thoroughly; add oyster sauce for freshness.

Stir-fry the duck gizzards with a small amount of oil in the pan first, fry the duck offal to dry, then pour in onion, hot pepper, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry evenly.

After the onions are fried until they are broken, stir the sauce and cook in the pan and stir-fry until the soup is slightly viscous and oily. Sprinkle the chopped green onions and stir well before serving.
