Duck Shredded Chives

Remove old stalks of leek flowers, cut into sections, and wash.

Tear the roast duck into shreds and set aside.
3.
Heat the oil in a pan, and saute the garlic.
4.
Pour in the leeks and stir fry for about 1 minute.
5.
Pour shredded duck and stir well.
6.
Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, then add salt and sugar to taste.
7.
Serve it on the plate, like the fragrance of leek flowers.
