Dumpling Dipping Sauce

Prepare 2 cloves of garlic and wash.

Cut garlic into slices and set aside.

Take a small bowl and add 5g sugar

Add 1g of salt.

Add 30g of aged vinegar.

Add 10g of extremely fresh, then stir until the sugar and salt are completely melted.

Then add 10g of chili oil.

Tips:
1. The habit of my family since I was young is to eat garlic slices when eating meat dumplings, to avoid eating bad stomachs, and don’t put those you don’t like. 2. If you don't like spicy food, you can put less chili oil.
