There are too many ingredients, so I just throw them out here. I made 110 dumplings in total. I made more dumplings, and the weights can be adjusted by myself.
Ingredients: pork (with a little fat) more than one catty, fresh shrimp one catty (one catty before shelling), two fruit corn ingredients: chopped green onion, minced ginger, huadiao (or cooking wine), light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil , Broth, sugar, chicken essence, salt, sesame oil, white pepper, cooked sesame

1. Prepare fruit corn,
