Dumplings

The washed pork belly, greens, coriander, green onions, and ginger must be drained, otherwise there will be water in the dumplings, and then put them on the cutting board and start to chop them.

The dumpling wrappers are made by adding water and flour by themselves, so I didn't make them when I rolled them out by myself.

The dumplings that have been made are ready to be put into the pot.

You can also eat it steamed or boiled.
