Dumplings Stuffed with Beef, Radish and Coriander

Wash and peel the radishes and rub them.

Dice the shallots, and finely chop the ginger.

Dice green onion, remove impurities from coriander, wash, and cut into sections.

Add oil and pepper from the pot to a low heat, stir fragrantly, remove the pepper.

Except the sesame oil, add all the seasonings to the meat and mix well, add the ginger and shallots, pour the hot oil on top of the ginger, and mix well. After mixing well, add another egg white. (Adding egg white beef will be very tender)

Chop the rubbed radish a bit, then put it in the oil-burning pan and fry it. After cooling, add the meat and mix well.

Finally add sesame oil, mix well, and mix the filling.

The dumplings are cooked and served with Laba pickled garlic. They are very delicious.
