Put more oil in the pot, beat an egg, put it in the pot, spread it out, chop it, and set aside
2.
Take appropriate amount of flour, add water, knead into one, wake up for 15 minutes
3.
Green onion and ginger, chopped into finely pieces, set aside
4.
Add an egg to the pork filling and stir in one direction
5.
After stirring slightly, add green onion and ginger and continue to stir in the same direction
6.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil (add more) and stir in the same direction
7.
Add the scrambled eggs and stir in the same direction
8.
Add the scorpion, stir in the same direction to form one, and you are ready (I like to put the shrimp one by one when making dumplings)
9.
Take an appropriate amount of noodles that wake up, knead it, pull small pieces, roll them into skins, and make dumplings
10.
Put water in the pot and let the water open into the dumplings
11.
Boil the water again, pour in cold water, continue to boil, wait until all the dumplings float, turn off the heat, and cook
Tips:
If you don’t know how much to knead the noodles, you can make more, and put the rest in the refrigerator to freeze. If the shrimp you buy is frozen in the supermarket, you can even pour the soup into the filling and stir after thawing, and stir in the same direction
