Dumplings with Chinese Chives and Hericium

Soak the Hericium erinaceus in cold water, changing the water in due course.

Put the soaked Hericium erinaceus into a boiling pot and cook for 20 minutes, then remove it to cool, and drain the water.

Heat the cornmeal and stir with water.

Add wheat flour and make a dough and let stand for 10 minutes.
