Durian Pigeon Soup
1.
The pigeon asks the seller of the vegetable farm to help kill it, take it back and cut it into small pieces by itself, clean it and soak it in cold water
2.
The washed pigeons are blanched in a pot of boiling water, and if you don’t see the blood red, pick them up
3.
Of course, such good ingredients must be boiled with filtered water. The water is filtered in advance, and this water can be drunk directly
4.
Put the blanched pigeon pieces into an electric stew pot, add an appropriate amount of filtered water, a little bit higher than the meat pieces, because durian shells will be added later
5.
After boiled for an hour and a half, the soup turned golden yellow, because it is a real wild pigeon, now it is ready to add durian shells
6.
Cut the white part of the durian shell into pieces
7.
Add the pigeon soup and simmer for another hour
8.
It looks like one and a half hours later, now add a proper amount of salt, stir evenly, and then power on for ten minutes and you can eat it
9.
The soup is golden in color and rich in fragrance. It is delicious and wonderful when paired with the beautiful tableware of the Harbour Ceramics Home Furnishing.
