Durian Pizza

Mix all the ingredients except butter in the main ingredient and knead into a dough

Add butter and knead until the expansion stage

Tips:
1. Each type of flour has different water absorption. It is recommended not to add all the water in the dough at one time, leave a small amount to see the dry and wet conditions of the dough before adding
2. The amount of mozzarella cheese, durian and mango can be added or subtracted according to your preference
