Durian Shell Stewed Chicken

Cut out the white inside of the durian shell, wash it, put it in the pot, and cut a few slices of ginger.

Wash the chicken clean and boil water.

The boiled chicken should be rinsed with cold water again. Put it in the pot and add water to submerge the chicken. I use an ordinary rice cooker.

Simmer for an hour and turn off the heat. Add some salt and it's fine. The soup is white and tastes very good, without any durian flavor.
Tips:
Women who are in confinement can eat durian appropriately, which is very good.
