Eco-friendly Homemade Pork Floss

Cut the lean meat into 3 or 4 chunks along the fibers of the meat

Follow the steps of general soup, the result is the soup lean meat shown in the picture

After letting the lean meat cool, put it on a large plate, tear it into small pieces by hand, and then put them in the palms of your hands to form floss.

Pour a little oil into the pot, control the fire to a low fire, put the meat floss in the pot, and stir-fry for about 30-40 minutes until it is crispy. Add seasonings according to personal preference.
Tips:
Stir-fry and season with your own taste to achieve 100% control of the taste. (But don’t take too much gluttony!)
a. Any sweet flavoring should be reserved for the last 5 minutes.
b. Any viscous sauce, such as oyster sauce/hoisin sauce, please dilute it with water and add it to the floss.
After being out of the pot, let it cool and put it in the pot. Suitable for personal use as a gift. In the future, I will also introduce some simple dishes of pork floss: white porridge with pork floss, noodles with floss in pork floss, fried chee cheong fun with pork floss
This method is also applicable to soup ingredients such as beef and chicken.
