Edamame Curry Shrimp

Ingredients: Edamame

Fresh shrimp

Curry cubes, shallots, ginger slices

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Remove a curry cube and put it in a bowl.

Add some boiling water to make a curry paste, set aside.

Clean and remove the fresh shrimp to the shrimp line.

Put it on the chopping board and cut the back of the shrimp with a knife, and set aside.

Put the peeled edamame into a pot of clear water and boil, cook until it is broken, and remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the sliced ginger and green onion to the pot.

Afterwards, add the shrimps and stir fry with some cooking wine.

Then, add the blanched edamame and stir fry.

Then, put in some curry paste, add some water and stir fry, add some salt and light soy sauce.

Saute and stir well, serve.
