Eel Cooking Rice

Ingredients are ready

Shredded shiitake mushrooms, shredded carrots and ginger

Open the can of eel and cut the eel into small pieces

Rinse the rice, add some water, (the amount of water used for cooking rice), pour the juice from the canned eel, pour some soy sauce, and add some salt

Spread shredded ginger, shredded carrots, and shiitake mushrooms on top

Then spread the eel

Then plug in the power and press the cooking button to cook the rice (same as usual cooking)

When cooking rice, tear off the old tendons of snow peas, blanch them until they are broken, and then shred them.

Simmer for a while after the rice has tripped, and then drizzle with some olive oil

Mix the cooked food with a spoon and put on the shredded snow peas.
