Egg Baked Rice
1.
Wash rice, oatmeal and millet.
2.
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces of any size, pour it into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water and oil to cook in the rice cooking mode. (The amount of water is based on personal preference. If you like it wet, add more water. It is recommended that it be dry, which has a better taste. It is good if the water has just been used)
3.
Put the cooked rice out, let it cool for a while, add chili sauce, salt, sugar and an egg according to personal taste and stir well.
4.
Beat the remaining egg directly on it, without breaking it up.
5.
Heat in the microwave for 1.5 minutes.
6.
Finished product.
7.
The slightly spicy taste and the taste of oatmeal rice are really good!
Tips:
1. Because pumpkin itself has a slight sweetness, I didn't add sugar here. It doesn't matter if you like sweet and spicy ones.
2. After the rice is cooked, let it cool, otherwise it will be easy to cook if you beat the eggs in. Or use leftovers from the night before.
3. Attention! This is for one person only!
4. It is said that the calories will be reduced after the rice is cooled.
