Egg-boiled Beef

Cut the beef into small slices against the grain, or cut into thick strips, and chop with a cut back to make the meat softer.

Add a small amount of oil to moisturize, add green onion, ginger, garlic powder, light soy sauce, cooking wine, a little sugar and mix well. Use your hands to pinch, so that the fry is not old.

Beat the eggs, beat the garlic and chop.

Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the fragrant minced garlic over medium heat.

Add the marinated beef, don't stir-fry in a hurry, fry it slightly, so that the meat is more fragrant, stir-fry again, the color will change, about seven mature.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, the oil should be extremely hot, and pour the beaten eggs.

Then pour in the fried beef and cook the beef. You can add an appropriate amount of chopped green onion to make it look better. (Our piglet doesn’t eat green onions, so we didn’t add them.)
