Egg Braised Noodles

Cut the chives into two-finger sections, the coriander into one-finger sections, and the tomatoes into large pieces.

Beat two chai eggs.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot.

Pour the egg liquid.

Shovel the scattered eggs on one side, add the green onion, ginger, and pepper to fry until fragrant.
