It can be used as a snack or as a dinner, with a wide variety of colors. The ingredients can be raw, cooked, or pickled ingredients. The ingredients are different.

Today I’ll have simple sushi-----sushi with egg crust.

Ingredients:
200 grams of fragrant glutinous rice, 2 eggs, a few pickled beans, right amount of Gouqi, 1 red pepper.

method:
1. Clean the glutinous rice and put it into an electric pressure cooker to cook.

Egg Crust Sushi

1. Cook the glutinous rice in an electric pan, add seasonings, mix well and set aside.

2. Beat 2 eggs into a bowl and stir,

3. Pour it into the pan and fry it into egg skins,

4. Shred the red pepper, prepare the gouqi, and pickled beans.

5. The fried egg skins are placed in a sterile dry bowl,

6. Then marinate the beans on the top yard, form the berries, and pass the chili shreds.

7. Roll from the inside out, as shown in the picture, it is better to have a sushi mat, so the roll is tighter.

8. I didn't buy a sushi mat, so the rolls are loose.
