Egg Custard (microwave Version)

Prepare the ingredients, two eggs, sesame oil, salt, cold boiled.

Beat the egg liquid until the egg white and egg yolk are evenly mixed together without any large lumps.

Add cold boiled water (don't add raw water directly), and the ratio of eggs is about 1:1. While adding, mix well, then add salt and stir well.
4.
Cover with plastic wrap and poke small holes on it.
5.
Put it in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes. After taking it out, add an appropriate amount of sesame oil.
