Egg Delicacy-leek Omelette
1.
Wash the leeks and chop them.
2.
Beat the eggs and set aside.
3.
Add oil to the pan on a low heat, add the leeks, fry for a minute and then add salt.
4.
Pour the eggs on top of the leeks and cook them when they are fried on both sides.
5.
It will be cooked when both sides are fried and colored.
