Egg Drop Soup

Raw material preparation. Shred black fungus and winter bamboo shoots, and chop green garlic leaves.

Bring the pot to the heat, turn to low heat when the pot is on, pour in the beaten egg liquid, stir while pouring, to prevent the eggs from sticking to the bottom and stirring them into egg flowers.

Add black fungus and shredded winter bamboo shoots, pour in corn starch, running water, and boil. Season with salt, vinegar, and pepper. Turn off the heat and add chopped green garlic.
