Egg Fried Rice

Eggs beaten, salted carrot and red sausage, diced

Heat the wok, add oil, stir-fry the eggs and serve them out of the pan, continue to add oil, add carrots, peas, and sausages and stir-fry them out.

The rice is best cooked with overnight rice, or it can be blown under a fan. Add oil and stir-fry the rice. Add the fried eggs, carrots and peas. Finally, add shallots and salt and stir-fry for a while.
