Egg Fried Rice

Cut all the ingredients you want to add into cubes, just a little bit larger than the rice, not too big, which will affect the taste

After adding the oil, put the egg on a low heat and stir with chopsticks to make the egg very small and broken

The eggs are served immediately when they are cooked, because they will have to be fried in a while, otherwise they will grow old.

Add the right amount of chopped green onion (according to personal preference), and the oil must not be too much, otherwise the fried rice will be greasy.

Add the radish and eggs first, and then add the sausage. The radish must be fried in oil until it is soft (you can fry more) so that it tastes good and the nutrients are easily absorbed.

Add rice, salt, five-spice powder, and stir fry slowly

After the fry is complete, add cucumber and onion, and stir to get out of the pan.
Tips:
Onion and cucumber can be added or not, according to personal preference. I used two kinds of radishes, red radish and yellow radish, you can use only one kind. Remember not to add too much oil, it will be greasy.
