Egg Fried Rice

Cut the ham and duck egg yolk into cubes, then wash and chop the green onions, set aside.

Prepare a bowl of rice, set aside.

Put the oil in the pan, wait for the oil to boil, add the sliced duck egg yolk, and stir-fry until it is cooked through.

After the duck egg yolk is fried, add the rice and stir fry evenly.

When the rice is fried into one by one, add the sliced ham and stir fry.

When the ham is evenly stir-fried, add the chopped green onion.

After the rice is fried, put it on a plate and enjoy it.
Tips:
Because the duck egg yolk itself is salty, there is no need to add salt. You can also use fresh eggs instead.
