Egg Fried Rice
1.
Chop ham, carrots, red peppers, mushrooms, and shallots and set aside
2.
Stir 2 eggs, add salt and pepper
3.
Stir-fry the egg mixture and all vegetables and ham ingredients for later use
4.
Take out the cold rice
5.
Add rice and shallots to the pot and stir fry until the particles are full
6.
Add spare ingredients that have been fried
7.
Stir-fry, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, stir-fry for about 3 minutes, out of the pan

You can use all the ingredients that can be used in the refrigerator
