Egg Fried Rice

Dice carrots, ham, and onions and set aside.

Heat the pot, pour in the right amount of oil, and saute the onions until fragrant. Add carrots and ham, and fry them until cooked.

Add the overnight rice and stir-fry evenly.
4.
Beat in two eggs and continue to stir fry until the eggs become golden and shiny.
5.
Add an appropriate amount of ingredients to season, stir fry evenly.
6.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
