Egg Fried Rice

The rice is ready the next day.

Beat eggs, dice carrots and celery, mince garlic sprouts and set aside.

Fry the eggs into the pan and fry small pieces for later use; re-start the pan with a little oil, add garlic sprouts until fragrant, add carrots and fry until soft, finally add diced celery and fry for 3 minutes.

Add the rice, season with salt and pepper, turn the heat to low and slowly blend the rice with the vegetables.
5.
After the rice is fried, add the egg and rice, mix well, and it is ready to be out of the pan!
