I remember that when I was studying in the country, I used to eat egg fried rice for breakfast every day. Later, I vomited. The main reason was that there were more eggs than rice. Egg Fried Rice

1. Preparation: eggs, corn kernels, diced carrots, chopped green onions

2. Add a pinch of salt to the egg

3. Chopsticks break up

4. Hot pot

5. Drain oil

6. When the oil is 80% hot, pour the eggs

7. Wait for the egg to solidify slightly

8. Use a shovel to scatter the eggs, scoop out and set aside

9. Leave a little oil in the pot, add diced carrots

10. Stir fry for a while

11. Add corn kernels

12. Stir fry until cooked

13. Add the rice

14. Scatter the rice with a shovel

15. Add the scrambled eggs and stir fry together

Tips:

The egg fried rice cooked with a harder overnight rice is distinct and tastes better. The side dishes can be freely matched, and the color is beautiful. In fact, you can also add no salt to the fried egg and finally put soy sauce before the pan is out. The color is more beautiful
