Egg Fried Rice

The overnight rice is ready.

Wash the small river prawns and control the water.

Winter melon, sharp pepper, cut into small cubes, egg with chopped green onion, beat up and set aside.

Stir-fry on the pan, fry the eggs first, break them into small pieces, stand aside, add the river prawns, fry the river prawns until they are red and cooked, and pour in the rice.
