Egg Fried Steamed Bun Slices

Prepare ingredients: 2 steamed buns, 2 eggs

Cut the steamed buns into thin slices

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and stir well

Tips:
1. The ratio of steamed buns to eggs is generally 1:1, one steamed bun and one egg is just right;
2. Be sure to fry slowly over low heat.
