Egg Fried Steamed Bun Slices

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the steamed buns into 1cm thick slices with a knife

Knock the eggs into a bowl, add 1/4 tsp of salt, and beat them into a uniform egg mixture

Pour the right amount of oil into the pan and heat it up

Put the steamed bun slices into the egg mixture and coat a layer of egg mixture evenly

Put the steamed bun slices coated with egg mixture into the pan

Sprinkle a little black sesame on each slice of steamed buns and fry them slowly

After frying until golden on one side, turn to the other side and continue frying

After turning it over, sprinkle some black sesame seeds on the other side and continue to fry until golden brown.

Tips:
1. When frying the steamed bun slices, use a small fire all the way to fry them with fire-proof egg liquid
2. Try to use a non-stick pan when frying;
3. The fried bun slices can be eaten with tomato sauce or salad dressing, depending on personal preference.
