Ingredients

Egg Hug Wonton

1. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat evenly

2. Minced shallots

3. Add vegetable oil to the pot, add wontons and fry until the bottom is golden

4. Pour in half a bowl of water and cover the pot

5. Pour the egg liquid when the water in the pot is dry

6. Sprinkle chopped green onion when the bottom of the egg is solidified
