Egg Noodles

1. Wash baby cabbage and dice, wash tomatoes, remove stalks and cut into pieces, mince green onions, and smash garlic into pieces

2. Add water to the boiling pot and bring it to boil. Add the noodles and cook until they are half cooked.

3. On the other side, fry the poached eggs in hot oil and place them on the plate for later use
