Egg Noodles

Add a little salt and an egg to the flour.

Add appropriate amount of water, knead it into a harder dough, and wake up for half an hour.

Cut off a piece of noodles with a knife. After installing the dough press, use the first gear to press the dough three times until the surface is smooth.

Press the second gear twice more.

Use the fourth gear to press again, and you will see that the dough becomes longer and thinner.

Finally, use the fifth gear to press once, sprinkle more starch to prevent sticking.

Adjust the handle to the socket of the noodle and press it into a slightly wider noodle.

After the water has boiled, pour the noodles and cook. Just add your favorite sauce.
Tips:
1. I don't like hand-made noodles the most. It makes my hands sticky, so I wear special kitchen gloves. The effect is very good. There are not many sticks on it. It can be washed off with water, which is very convenient.
2. Be sure to sprinkle more starch, or it will stick to the pot without being cooked. The anti-sticking effect of starch is stronger than that of flour.
