Egg Pie with Red Sausage

Prepare materials

Cut the green onion into small pieces, and cut the red sausage into small gram pieces, and beat the eggs.

Add an appropriate amount of boiled water in a stainless steel basin

Add some flour

Stir the flour well

Pour in the prepared ingredients and stir evenly with a blender

Then add an appropriate amount of flour and mix it evenly into a paste.

Heat a pan and add canola oil.

Going through the stall back and forth, it’s successful, not bad.
Tips:
1I add the flour into a paste in 3 times. It depends on the individual to add in an appropriate amount.
2Because my husband and I both like to eat tomatoes. Finally, I dice tomatoes and put them in the batter. This is my personal preference. If you don’t like tomatoes, you don’t need to add them.
