Egg Pizza

Prepare the required materials

Cut the hot dog sausage into shreds, wash the yellow, green pepper and onion and cut into shreds

Beat the eggs into a large bowl, add salt and flour

Add a small amount of water and mix until there are no particles

Brush a layer of cooking oil in the non-stick pan to heat, then turn to low heat

Pour in the mixed egg batter

Fry until the shape is set, turn off the heat, add the hot dog sausages

Spread yellow and green pepper shreds

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Then cover the pot and fry on low heat until the mozzarella melts, about 5 minutes

Finally, shake the pan, the egg pizza will automatically leave the pan, then pour it out and serve it hot
Tips:
1. The pan must be a non-stick pan, or a flat-bottomed pan. The frying time should be slow-fried over a low heat to avoid the batter of the egg cake;
2. The egg bottom of the egg pizza is soft, so eat it while it is hot after making it. The bottom of the egg cake will become softer when it is cold;
3. I made two small pizzas with the above ingredients.
