Egg Roll

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little flour, oil, chopped seaweed, salt and water and mix well. Pour half and fry them into a pancake, and half the egg mixture into pancake. Dice pork and onion, green onion stems.

Mix the diced pork, diced onion, scallion stem, and chopped seaweed with a little salt, wood powder, oil and a little egg liquid to make a meat filling. Cut the omelet into four squares, wrap a little meat filling with the omelet, with the seam facing down, and steam it in a pot.
