Beat the eggs, spread them out and fry them.

Lean meat, minced meat, add shiitake mushrooms.

Then roll the omelet with minced meat, a bit like making sushi

Cut the rolled egg strips.

Tips:
It is best to have cornstarch on the minced meat, so that it is sticky and will not spread out when squeezed. When I made it, I let it go, so it didn't look good when I made it.
