Egg Seaweed Soup

Soak seaweed in warm water

Beaten eggs and set aside
3.
Rinse the soaked seaweed
4.
Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot, add seaweed to a boil

Pour in the egg liquid

Wait for the egg liquid to solidify slightly, use a spatula to gently copy from the bottom and stir to prevent the egg liquid from sticking to the pan after falling to the bottom

Turn to low heat and put in an appropriate amount of salt

Add light soy sauce
9.
1/2 teaspoon of lard or salad oil, corn oil
10.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on the pot and bowl!
Tips:
1: Seaweed must be soaked in warm water, otherwise the mud and sand will not fall off\n2: Seaweed is a dry product, so the hair will rise when soaked, just take a small amount\n
