Tips:
1. Rape and shiitake mushrooms are blanched before making fillings to remove excess water, peculiar smells and bacteria in the growth of shiitake mushrooms, and the dumpling fillings are more fragrant;
2. Fry the eggs in a hot pan with warm oil, with a strong fragrance, no need to add sesame oil or other seasonings;
