To save time, buy ready-made egg tart wrappers

Put the sugar, condensed milk, and whipped cream into the water and cook slowly until the sugar melts. Let cool to about 50℃, add the eggs and stir evenly, sieve twice and pour into the egg tart crust

Put it in the oven, heat up to 230℃, and bake at 210℃ for about 15 minutes
