Egg Tofu Casserole

Egg tofu cut into small pieces, glued with cornstarch

Fry on medium and small heat until golden on both sides

Stir-fry minced meat until broken, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add a spoonful of bean paste and fry for red oil

Add diced mushrooms, stir-fry evenly, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a cup of water, and a little chicken essence to taste
