Egg White Milk Bread
1.
Pour milk, whipped cream, egg whites, sugar and salt into the bread bucket (the amount of milk depends on the amount of water absorbed by the flour).
2.
Add bread flour, butter, and yeast on the top of the flour. Because the amount of butter is not much, you can add it at the beginning and put the bread bucket into the Dongling 1352AE-3C bread machine.
3.
Choose to mix the dough for 20 minutes. After the dough is made, it will ferment twice as large in an environment with a temperature of 25-30 degrees.
4.
Exhaust lightly, divide into 4 equal parts, round, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 15 minutes.
5.
Roll it into an oval shape and turn it over.
6.
Both the upper part and the lower part are folded toward the middle.
7.
Fold it in half again, making sure to pinch the joint tightly.
8.
Put it on a non-stick baking tray, put it in the oven, select a fermentation temperature of 35 degrees, and ferment for about 45 minutes (place a bowl of hot water in the oven to increase the humidity).
9.
After the bread dough is fermented, take it out, cut three cuts, spray some water on the surface, and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
10.
Put it in the middle and lower level of Dongling K40C oven which has been preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
11.
After baking, the bread is taken out and allowed to cool, and the uneaten bread is placed in a fresh-keeping bag and stored at room temperature.
Tips:
The amount of milk depends on the amount of water absorbed by the flour.
