Egg Yolk Bag

Main and auxiliary materials: flour, cooked egg yolk.

Put pure water, corn oil, egg yolk, and sugar into the bread bucket; put the flour, and finally put the yeast powder.

Start the kneading program and kneading for 30 minutes.

Reunite the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment it once.

Fermented to more than 2 times the size.

Take out the dough and knead it to exhaust.

Divide evenly into 8 small noodles.

Roll out the dough into long pieces.

Roll it up and slightly tidy it up to become a green body.

Put the green body into the baking tray and cover it with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation.

Fermented to about 2 times the size.

The oven is 200 degrees. Bake the middle and lower layer for 18 minutes.

Take out the baking tray and let cool before serving.
Tips:
1. The amount of cooked egg yolk can be increased or decreased.
