Egg Yolk Chicken Wings
1.
Prepare the ingredients. The chicken wings I have here are marinated. Buy salted duck eggs for duck eggs. Take the yolk, cut the chicken wings with a knife on both sides, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, not too much. Grab the cornstarch and marinate for 15-30 minutes
2.
Cut an egg yolk in half or four small pieces and steam it in a pot
3.
Crush the egg yolk and set aside
4.
Pour a little oil in a non-stick pan, put the chicken wings in a low heat and slowly fry them until they are fully cooked. Do not use high heat. They are easy to burn. If you are not sure if they are cooked, you can pick a chicken wing and place it near the bone in the middle. Take a look, if there is no blood in it, it means it's cooked, then take out the chicken wings
5.
There is the remaining oil in the pan for frying chicken wings, directly pour the egg yolks and stir-fry on a low fire. Don’t have any chunks, and use a little more oil for the fried egg yolks
6.
I don’t need too much oil, I just add water and stir fry until it is mushy. Use a low heat, add water and no water, the egg yolk is different when it comes out.
7.
Then pour in the chicken wings and wrap them in egg yolks before they are out of the pot
8.
The finished product is out of the pot. Next time, a long bowl will be prepared. It will look good when placed. The extra egg yolk in the pot can also be eaten with bibimbap, and there is no waste at all.
