Eggplant and Beans

Prepare ingredients: eggplant, beans, dried chili, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce

Cut the eggplant into pieces and soak in water.

Carob cut into sections

Fry the eggplant until slightly charred, add the beans, continue to fry, remove after cooking
