Eggplant Cake with Sauce

Eggplant cleaned

Cut horizontally, cut the eggplant into round slices about 3mm thick

Tips:
If you want to make staple foods or snacks, you can eat them directly without adding any sauce for a long time. The egg roux should be thicker. You can add a little more flour and mix thoroughly with water.
