Eggplant Diced Pork

Heat oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, aniseed, small chili and saute until fragrant.

Stir-fry the diced pork to change its color.

Add the diced eggplant and fry for about two minutes.

Add fragrant sauce and a little salt.
5.
Add the adjusted starch water.

Stew it for a while and collect the juice before it can be out of the pot.
