Ingredients

Eggplant Diced Pork Noodles

1. Cut the red pepper into cubes and the garlic into cubes.

2. Eggplant is two.

3. Cut into thick strips.

4. After cutting into cubes, soak in black water in a basin.

5. Prepare the soy sauce.

6. Prepare the sweet noodle sauce.

7. Spoon a spoonful of sweet noodle paste and soybean paste to dissolve in water.

8. Dice pork, marinate in salt and soy sauce, add water starch and mix well.

9. Squeeze the diced eggplant to remove the moisture.

14. Pour in the diced red pepper.

15. Add the prepared sauce and soy sauce. If the sauce has salt, there is no need to add salt. Pour in a little bit of water. Finally, the water starch will be added out of the pot to thicken the thicker and thicker noodles with sauce.

16. Finally, pour the fried sauce on the noodles, mix well and start eating.

Tips:

If you don't have these two sauces, you can also put your own sauce.
