Today my husband went to work very early. Nobody cares about the breakfast for my son and I. So my big lazy cat can only get up to make breakfast by himself. I opened the refrigerator and saw that there was rice, so I made this egg fried rice. People have lazy lives!

Ingredients

Eggplant Fried Rice

1. Wash cucumbers and carrots, peel them and cut them into small pieces;

2. Put all the diced carrots on a plate;

3. Add bottom oil to the pot, saute the green onion and ginger until fragrant, add carrots and continue to fry;

4. Add the rice and stir-fry until softened, then add cucumber, carrot and diced ham;

5. Add tomato sauce, salt, sugar and continue to fry;
